Ayla was very kind and very helpful. Even though we did not use Ayla at Fractured Earth to do our backsplash , she was so helpful all the 4 times we were there picking up samples and taking them back. (we tried so hard to find something but just did not work out) We had a serious flood in our home and we needed a company that could revive our tile and add backsplash. She recommended JKA Tile LLC , Oziel Vargas the owner was so wonderful. he worked on our home and completely restored our entire floor and grout. I cannot say enough wonderful words to thank Oz for his kindness and the excellent professionalism and work he and his team did on my home.
