ROB CAME OUT AND GAVE AN INITIAL WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR MATERIALS AND LABOR. ROB WAS CORDIAL, FRIENDLY, AND COURTEOUS. HE QUOTED A FAIR MARKET PRICE WITH A CONCISE WRITE UP VIA PDF. SUBSEQUENTLY THE WORK CREW CAME OUT AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS AS PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED. THE WORK CREW WERE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, HARDWORKING DECENT PEOPLE THAT DID A GREAT JOB. THE JOB ITSELF WAS A CHANGE OUT OF A FRONT CAR-PORT SUPPORT BEAM THAT HAD ROTTED OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH NO HESITATION. I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. We had a pipe break so lots of water damage. Salesman Rob was nice but the crew was terrible. Started project beginning of August. They kept scheduling to come work but lots and lots of no shows. Very unprofessional. They made lots of mistakes and unnecessary damage. Wired electric wrong. Sloppy painters. They do not have a electrician or plumber even on the crew. Project should have taken 6-8 weeks and it took them 7 months. We would not recommend. Services: Remodeling, Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Painting, Plumbing

Rob is honest and works hard to ensure the job is done right. I had a very complex restoration project and found this company great to work with. With a large project like mine, there can sometimes be problems with subcontractors or unexpected delays. Rob handled these well, and resolved problems quickly. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.
