After going through a water damage issue, steamy concepts recommended royalty renovation their sister company to put my place back together. They took the steps with my insurance adjuster to get it approved. The quality of work was top notch and I recommend them highly when it comes to the renovation process. I did get a few estimates but my estimator with Royalty took the extra step in negotiating with my adjuster and that was the deciding factor in my choice!

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because of Marcel. He was incredible. On time, friendly, explained everything to us.
The management was awful. Never called us back, didn't do what they said they would. Brian was our project manager and xame to give a quote, took a check as a deposit, and we never heard from him again.

One star because of lack of communication and never finishing the job, Im still waiting for any response. Got on their books in July. Itll be 2-4weeks they say. I call mid October asking for an update, and they call back the next day saying they can start the next week. They remove my stairwell ponywalls, installed the drywall to cover the wood, finished on Halloween (all in one week), but never had me order stair banisters and balusters to replace the missing walls. It is Christmas now, and they have yet to reach back to me with a status. I have two toddlers, and ones bedroom door is next to the stairs with no walls so I cannot let them sleep in their own room bc theyd walk out in the middle of the night and fall down the stairs. And the bottom half of the stairs do not have railings either, so my kids are not allowed to go up and down by themselves bc they want to jump off the side of the stairs. They left me in a house thats not up to code. Ive called every other week leaving messages, of course no one calls me back. Ive emailed the original technician who came out for measurements, hes responded once saying his manager has my file, whatever that means. Oh! And I had also hired them to install a new shower door, thats the only thing they had ordered before the reno even started, BUT it was the wrong size, so they said Im going to get reimbursed for that, even though they just ordered it from Lowes. But i still have to live in a house that is not safe for my children for months, with no finish timeline in sight.
