Monday, April 8, 2024. The woman working the front register today was unhelpful, unfriendly and lied to me. Why the need to be like this?

Store kept very clean and well organized. Pharmacy in store is quick although one male employee is kinda rude.the past couple of times I went go pick up my refills. The CVS employees at register are ALWAYS GREAT AND FRIENDLY.

Well I've never had any problems here in 4 years so I just thought I'd be a voice in opposition to the other 1 star ratings. I think you'll be fine.

I do not understand why this pharmacy is so short-tempered with their customer base. I had a simple question about my prescription being transferred. The tech was short and obviously irritated doing her job. She sent me to another individual who was just as short tempered and irritable. I wish my insurance gave me better options on pharmacy selections, because I would never go back here if I had a choice.

Pharmacist- Withheld my Pain Prescription. My Caregiver went down there to find out what was going on. Pharmacist Stated Shes in the age range of High Risk of overdosing (52-Discriminatory) Then informed my Caregiver that she was awaiting Dr to return her call. 1ST off Her Job is to fill the prescription, not to withhold it and try to change the dose. The NP @ The Pain Center finally after 3 days called the Pharmacist back and they both chose to cut my dose in half! The dose Ive had for almost a year with No problems. Abuse of Power, Discrimination, Negligence and Illegal and Unethical Practices. Theres a State Law to Protect Palliative Care Patients like me. I wasnt even over the MME allotment for regular patients. They Broke the State Law. They also caused further harm, suffering and immobility. They have been Reported to Numerous Government entities. Complaints and Grievances and Investigations. I used to Love CVS. They have destroyed that. Im No Longer with them. The audacity of the Pharmacist and NP at the Pain Center. This Should have never been allowed to happen! I hope they lose their licenses and are held accountable and responsible for Harmful Negligence, Discrimination, and Abuse of Power causing Suffering, health decline and more. What they did is Barbaric. Im sharing the copy of the AZ State Law, Opiates.
