CVS

Please allow customers to checkout promptly. While the young man working in the evening seems nice , he needs more training in customer service. The is the second time i have left frustrated from simply trying to check out.

Six stars! Honestly I had no idea that MinuteClinic even existed until this week. Two friends recommended I go for a fairly severe skin rash and allergic reaction. The nurse who checked me in was absolutely incredible as well as the nurse practitioner who helped me and prescribed a medication. I am blown away how incredible the service was and I actually got in same day which I guess is rare. The pharmacy was also attentive and I could not be happier knowing that this service exists because I really needed them for my health and peace of mind. Very grateful so thank you! Life changing.

Made an appointment for minute clinic. Standing at the kiosk for minutes trying to figure it out. The glare kept me from seeing where the next button is. When someone finally comes out to help me, it was the clinician telling me I'm now late and that she won't see me. I'll never ever return and I'm also transferring my prescriptions and my husband's from CVS to another pharmacy after using them for years. Really sick and took off work to be seen. She said I could wait and see if someone else no shows and she'd possibly be able to see me then. If they don't show that would make me late for that appointment too so it makes no sense.
