        I have always been able to get my prescriptions and refills quickly and without any hassle. If there's any problems, they communicate promptly. Friendly staff.

        Not sure of its just this cvs, but 1 hour on hold. You can her them pick up and put you back on hold. This really triggers me as someone who has anxiety needing to order a refill.
