Express

Terrible online customer service so beware if purchasing. I purchased what I thought was a suit Feb 19th online, and realized on the 25th when it arrived that I only purchased the suit jacket and not pant too. I went online, purchased the pant that was suggested below the suit on the suits webpage and then received it Apr 4th and it did not match. I returned the pant in the store Apr8th to find out that the pant is out of production. The store and phone customer service would not let me return the suit jacket because of a new 30 day return policy started 1/2024. I also tried to leave a review on the suit web page that the matching pant is not available and express denied(censored) my review. Store staff was very helpful in my pant return.

Love this store in the Tucson Mall very much! Staff is very nice and professional. They have the best customer service and suggest the proper attire all the time. I appreciate there stock in items and suggestions for cute outfits for every occasion!

Went today. Was standing there for 10 mins looking for some jeans. Nobody helped, there was two employees just talking to the same customer during that time.Walked past and was never asked if we needed help. When that customer left one employee came up very rudely. Very bad experience and will never shop again.

Went to Express at the Tucson Mall today and had the most wonderful experience with Andi(y?). She was knowledgeable and helpful with getting us situated with an online and in store purchase! Definitely made our shopping experience more pleasant.

I really like Express, but man the store manager has given a really bad service a few times now... This fact is really disappointing, since I really like this store
