My auto was a 2005 Lexus with problems with the Mark Levinson stereo system and lack of a back up camera. The sound was quite good but the steering wheel controls dated and mechanical failures in the 6CD loading system. While now quite elderly my work experience involved a lot of involvement in inspection of units in the military and medical facilities in civilian and government settings. I found this location to be five star in all respects. Jerry Hernandez was patient and spent a good deal of time in understanding what I was seeking, and offering me several alternative solutions. It was time well spent and the solutions met and exceeded my expectations. We were able to keep the Mark Levinson speaker system which is exceptional. A new receiver was fitted into the dash preserving some wonderful Lexus features. For example the entire unit can be covered by lovely panels, hiding what is there while still playing clear superb sound. All the steering wheel controls were preserved and work. AM, FM, and CD sound is of exceptional quality from low to high volume. The back up camera is superior to those in my other cars original equipment. Cost control was excellent and competitive. Installation by J.L. E was flawless, it looks like a twenty year old car rolled off the assembly line built this way. I had some problems understanding some controls and visits to explain them was like visiting old friends rather than troubling busy people. While I love music I have both hearing loss and some understanding problems due to age and Parkinson's disease this is a place where a disabled person or an electronic newbie would get great friendly, knowledgeable service, and follow up.

I visited months ago to correct faults in the alarm of my Silverado at the Broadway location and the truth is that it did not turn out well, I took it to the Speedway location where Mr. Juan Carlos helped me and corrected the problem, I recommend this person.
