Nestor was AMAZING!!! He helped me out with what I needed assistance with and was very sweet and patient. I am so appreciative for him being in there at the right time when I needed help. 5 star for his service! I will definitely be back to buy any parts I need for my vehicle! Update: long story, too much to write and details i choose to leave out, but bottom line, I would not be shopping at O'Reilly anymore. I'll stick with AutoZone. Such an anxious and stressful experience to be shopping at O'Reilly. Smh

I went in this morning to have my battery tested which ended up needing to be replaced. The associate helping me said it wasn't a type of battery that she knew how to do, so she called her manager Paul. It was outside of his scope as well because apparently there was a computer on top of the battery. Huh, really... Paul was kind enough not only to recommend a mechanic shop about a mile away, but called them to ask if they could get me in if I brought my new battery with me. Mike at Tucson Transmission said "send her in". I arrived just a few minutes later to the shop. Oh, by the way Paul also gave his best recommendation on what type of battery to purchase and gave me a discount! Thanks Paul! A day that started out with a big inconvenience turned out to be full of many odd blessings! Thank you lord for putting these people in my lane today! I can't forget State Farm and their very timely technician as well who got my car started and able to get all this done from the beginning! Blessings happen in odd ways! .
