        Cannot get anyone to answer the phone-tried four times today- always get routed to call center, who then tried to contact branch with no success.

        I WISH I HAD NEVER USED WELLS FARGO. I have a business account with Wells Fargo and today for no reason they cut off my debit card and prevented me from purchasing items for my business with my money. There was no fault on my part just Wells Fargo taking awa my ability to spend my money at home depot. I have shopped there multiple times, I correctly completed all secondary security protocols and Wells fargo still blocked me from my money. The first time I called to clear up the issue I was hung up on. Second time I was made to beg like a dog in order to keep them on the phone ( I'm sure them hanging up and blaming the caller is usual). Almost a million dollars in deposits in year and their phone person treats me like dirt. I HIGHLY REGRET USING WELLS FARGO.
