        First time ever experiencing this. She did the whole interview on me when I withdrew my money out. Asking am I withdraw the money to deposit to the other bank. Why did I deposited and now I withdraw it out. You just a bank teller. Just do your job when I already provided you with all my information already. No need to worry about the my money. Never have this kind situation before with my other bank. With my other bank when I withdraw $30,000 they didnt even ask me one question about my money. Regretted open an account with this bank.

        I needed to close out a couple accounts that were in my parent's trust. Had some anxiety and felt a little overwhelmed walking into PNC, but Mary welcomed me and got right to work making things happen. Her patience, knowledge and efficiency made the process a breeze. I'll be forever grateful. Definitely recommend the PNC at La Encantada and Banker Mary.
