traveling abroad and machine couldnt read my card so it did not give it back leaving me no way to draw funds from a different back that knows how to read a Canadian bank card!

Nothing against the employees at this bank - this is solely about the location. This branch used to be at Grant and Dodge right down the block and was moved to the tiny plaza on the NE corner of Grant and Alvernon right next to the Walmart. This area does not feel safe to me with the type of people that frequent this area. The branch opens late and closes early so when I went to make a cash deposit shortly after 4pm I had to use the ATM outside and I didn't feel safe. They seem short staffed with only 1 or 2 tellers and the long wait times. The parking is always a hassle and there isn't a drive through. I preferred the other location. Again, nothing against the employees. They are great and always helpful.

Best experience Ive ever had a bank, EVER! Raul P. was my banker today and he is an absolute asset to Wells Fargo. He was so professional, dressed smartly and assisted me quickly. Raul was also very kind and patient with the elderly couple that were ahead of me. He addressed all their needs and answered all of their questions they had. Raul also thanked the elderly couple and my parents for their longtime relationship with WF (and their previous name changes). Raul thank you for being amazing.

Never open in the morning. Have to travel to swam and Broadway or Campbell and Glenn. This bank is to lazy to open in the morning.
