Brake Masters #101

We had a car emergency and I had to take the day off from work to deal with it. I went to BrakeMasters at Grant & Swan. I didnt know what was causing the overheating. First I was told that it would be a few hours just to get the car in. Since I wouldnt know what the next step would be until late afternoon that would mean the car would probably be out of service for the weekend. I started to walk out and Jesus who had overheard the conversation said give me a few minutes and Ill check it out. Turned out to be a frozen thermostat and BrakeMasters had it finished by 4::00 PM. Saved me 3 days with no car. And THAT is why Ive been a BrakeMasters customer for 30 years. Thank you Jesus.

They were courteous. They were timely. They explained what needed to be done, its cost, and how long ot will take. Nice looking waiting area as well.

Got my truck towed here after work with a busted wheel bearing. Arrive only about an hour before they closed. Very kind and accommodating. wasn't expecting a fast turn around but they stayed late and had my truck fixed same day. Exceptional! Thank you team and shop tech Loyd!
