Horrendous customer service. no eye contact and they just want to get you out of there with to details about what caused the issue in the first place.

Sent a family member there for a charging system test, tell me please what this included you tested??! Cause the guy couldn't tell my family member what was wrong.. just simply stated "I see nothing wrong"..... well guess what you solid D tech.... now he stuck were he is, all thanks to the man that didn't want to take 10 min and properly test the vehicle... turns out it was a battery! This is now my 2nd family member that has visited this location and left un happy! First time wasn't so pretty! You all didn't clean up the oil you spilled and it caught fire under the hood!! Good job MPG keep it up!!

Very friendly and polite working men. The man that took my car in told me that he would call my warranty people to see if they would pay to get my car fixed. He went out of his way to explain to me how the extended warranty works. I'll continue to take my car there and I'll let my family and friends to go to this place. It was Very clean place.

But they sure have jacked their prices up. I think 100 and some thing is way too high for an oil change even if it is full synthetic oil
