Eric and his team were amazing! I recommend them 10/10 ! Had an accident where our bumper got completely messed up- was super stressed and Eric knew the exact words to keep me calm and kept reassuring me everything was going to be okay. He kept great communication not only with me but with my insurance company as well! Car star even got me in for an auto repair appointment as soon as possible compared to other shops telling me the soonest they had was 2-4 months away. Hands Down to ERIC for being on top of everything and constantly keeping me up to date. My 2016 Civic went through a major rear end remodel due to an accident. It was my very first one ever (and not even my fault ) Eric was very kind and professional throughout this entire process. I was a HUGE pain and he handled it so well. Mad props for his patience and willingness to provide me with Photos throughout the process too!
