We very highly recommend Intelligent Design AC & Heating (and they do more!). They inspected and repaired our ductwork. All of the staff have been very professional and courteous. The crew members knew exactly what they were doing and explained the condition of the ductwork very clearly, showing us many, many pictures. They did what was needed and we are very satisfied with this company. We especially appreciate JP. He was always very thorough and patient. He arrived on time, kept in communication with us regarding timeframes, was VERY courteous, professional, friendly. He knows his job very well and we are very much appreciative all of his hard work. Update: I increased my rating from 4 to 5 stars after continued excellent service. My first experience was subpar, but their new team is incredible! I chose Intelligent Design because I respect the values the company stands for. To my surprise, my first experience with a tech was very disappointing. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance this year and I am so thankful I did. Jordan was absolutely amazing. 10 Stars. He was very detail oriented in his inspection, thorough in his analysis and explained everything in a very understandable way. This was the standard I expected from the company and he delivered. I'll update my review to 5 stars when I have more appointments to base it on, but I am confident after today that I will be staying with them for good..
