        If could give a negative number it would minus 10! Poor service all across the board!! Been waiting for 3 months for service. Had get another contractor from my warranty company. Do not use this company ever!!!

        Their phone number rings to a cell phone. They didn't return a phone call over an 8 hour period. Only reason I ever heard of them or got involved with them is because they were referred by a home warranty company, so I was forced to try and do business with them. The owner texted me to call another company because he "was on the phone". Definitely seems like an amateur operation here. Rather than return my phone call, he tried referring me to another company. I wouldn't pay for their services.

      Arizona Heating and Cooling Doctor owner Reginald Phillips started HVAC in 2006 as a helper installing units in a new home being built around the Tucson area. Before a year of doing so, he was the lead man running his own crew. He worked his way up through the industry to become one of the best service techs in the Tucson area. he opened one of the biggest companies in the Tucson as a there general manager running a company with over 15 techs he taught the trade to them where some of the techs are now business owners themselves. In 2017 he became the owner of Arizona Heating and Cooling with the idea to give homeowners great service at an affordable price.
