WoodSpring Suites Tolleson - Phoenix West

My daughter and son drove from New Orleans to Phoenix on the 17th. They arrived in Phoenix on the 18th VERY LATE and tired, and went to their other extended stay hotel only to find roaches and dirt. They slept in my daughter's car after they tried to find another hotel with no luck. The next morning my daughter called me crying and I started looking for a hotel IMMEDIATELY. My coworker and I went to Expedia and found this hotel and met Nevin on the phone. I MUST say that he has made this horrible mess for a Mother in New Orleans who was sick and worried about my 28 and 21-year-old. Nevin took care of them and my daughter was able to get a shower and rest before her interview, (which got with the Salary that she requested) Thank you so much. Now my husband and I are here and the only problem I have is the bed. Other than that. I would recommend this hotel. Also, Nevin wasn't here today, but Evelyn was and she also assisted us with getting another place to stay because this hotel is booked through the weekend. Nevin and Evelyn are the GEMS of this place. Thank you

The hotel is new but the issue her was we reserved the last double bed they had open. When we got here to check in we were put in a handicap which literally is made for them. Which was a inconvenience because the beds are on the floor. Manager was no help at all.

Newer facility. Bare bones for a suite. Has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. No plates, dish liquid, silverware, dish towels, or paper towels. There is a charge if you want pots and pans, etc. $3 charge for clean towels. No hand towel, we had to go to the store and buy one. No hairdryer. Only one mirror. One night stand. No place for two people to sit and eat. Very small room Road noise is awful. Hard to sleep with all the trucks driving past. Make sure to request a room away from the road. Inexpensive, clean. Convenient location to Goodyear ball park. Nearby activities: Short drive to Goodyear ball park.
