Best Western Tolleson Hotel

The concierge was really nice. That was the only positive. It was so expensive!!!!! We paid over $300 for one night in a room with 2 queens, it was not worth it. The beds were so uncomfortable, shower had mold, it was loud, and it seemed old. If it wasn't so expensive maybe we could have overlooked some of the issues- but for the price it should have been better.

My husband & I rode in on our motorcycles stopped in for the night that turned into an extra day; due to rain. Front desk called us immediately when they noticed our bikes getting poured on & had us move them under the driveway entrance. When we told then we had an group of ppl coming in. They set aside a room. We appreciated being able to wash clothes & feel really comfortable. Biker community recognizes places along stops to pass along to others. Keep up the amazing hospitality!!!

The breakfast was very lacknluster. They have eggs and Sausage links for breakfast and no bacon or potatoes and even a chafing dish that was empty. The bread bar was sorry. No blueberry muffins or English muffins, barely any bread, no raisin bread, no bagel variety. The worst continental breakfast I ever saw. I have been staying at hotels this week and Im not raven eating but will pick something up later. I will never stay here again with the incentive of a hearty, satisfying or variety of breakfast choices. The cranberry juice is overly sweet and needs to be watered down. A sorry fruit cocktail concoction that I cant eat bc of alllergies . Some nasty red apples which no one like like from a school field trip sack lunch. They need to do better. Unacceptable
