Our experience at this Banfield location has been outstanding! From the front desk to the veterinary assistant, and veterinarian! We have a very reactive and anxious dog and the staff at Banfield went above and beyond to make our dog, and us, feel comfortable and at ease. We want to give a huge shout-out to the veterinary assistant, Madison. Madison was incredibly kind, and gentle, and also educated us on many helpful things. She truly went above and beyond and made our visit to the vet, very positive. She was very patient and our dog felt so comfortable with her! We are so thankful for everything she did for us and our dog! We had an amazing trip to the vet and could not recommend this location enough! Thank you, Banfield!

I have been in 3x now with my new baby, and everyone is so kind and welcoming. All of the staff remember my baby and treat her with so much love.

We have always been happy with Banfield. They have a great staff with friendly nurses and doctors. I am writing specifically today to highlight Marissa, the nurse who took care of us today. I am always on guard when it comes to vets as I feel sometimes I am uneducated on what steps to take, so I do whatever is suggested to me, and as all pet parents know- that comes at a costly price. Marissa spent a lengthy amount of time explaining in detail what all of my options were, what the pricing looked like for each one, and gave me genuine, educated advice from both her professional perspective and a human being perspective. I felt I was listened to, felt like my dog was really cared for, and was not intimidated by tests, fees and Xrays. She made me feel like my dog (who is my world) was in great hands and thats all I can ask for as a pet parent. Marissa truly went out of her way to make both my dog and I feel good about the appointment. Truly cant thank her enough for her kindness and care.
