Costco Tire Center

Made an appointment. They got my car in an hour and a half after my appointment time. Called me and told me they cant install the tires because they dont know the torque specs for the lug nuts (Car is a 1965 mustang). Could have saved me 30$ in Ubers and 2 hours of my time by just telling me on the phone. Not happy.

Scheduled for tires rotation at 1PM and arrived before 1PM. At 2:05, front desk told me they didnt start to work on it yet because 1-2PM is the waiting time. Is Costco charging the schedule policy or just????? It doesnt make any sense for schedule one hour for waiting time. This is not my first time having tire rotation.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation and was given an estimate of 1 hr 15 minutes at Elliott Costco tireI even arrived 15 minutes early for appointment as indicated on website. Yet, it took over 2 hours. I am extremely disappointed for poor service. There was another customer who waited over 3 hours for tire replacement.

Appointment time was 145. I dropped car off at 135. Did my shopping, gave them an hour to repair 1 tire. At 3pm, they told me I needed to get all 4 of them replaced and they couldn't even repair the one I came in for in the first place. Took another 80mins for them to give car back to me. I literally watched 3 other cars enter and leave before mine.Two and a half hours for them to tell me they couldn't help me.
