Im sorry to have to post this but I highly recommend using anyone but Brandon Metcalfe. He said he was filing an Offer In Compromise for my significant other. We were charged $3,000 up front and told that this is a very LENGTHY process. We trusted this advice and waited. While fees and penalties racked up by the thousands. We ended up spending years on the hook with this unprofessional fool. He was unresponsive and does not have the credentials. We eventually bit the bullet after a few years and went to a REAL TAX FIRM with REAL TAX ATTORNEYS. We found out that Resolute had not filed an OIC as promised but was working out a payment plan which we could have done ourselves. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD. Im disappointed and will never see my $3k. I cant speak poorly enough of the treatment and service we received. Ill be posting this to every possible website that allows reviews. We ultimately ended up using Brandon Keim at Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg & Arnold LLP. We paid $1,500 on retainer and didnt even end up paying $3k. The tax bill will be settled for a minute fraction of the original owed amount. No thanks to Brandon Metcalfe and his joke of a company. Since I cant reply to your reply and the fact that you were on this site checking your review immediately tell me that maybe you dont have enough cases right now. That being said, we have paid a tax attorney to follow the case to completion which you could, apparently have done, but for some reason chose not to. You are not a professional and I think this is a side hustle for you. This could have been resolved years ago but we waited for your firm in vain. Ive watched your Google reviews over the years looking strikingly familiar to mine and I never wrote a review myself. Im sure it will be deleted which is your right. I have seen less and less of these negative reviews over time.

My fiance and I worked with Brandon on an IRS issue in the fall of 2020. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of our issue and guided us through the process professionally and timely. I did my due diligence in selecting Resolute Tax Services and we are quite pleased with the results. Brandon also recently helped us on a professional form that was sent to us and gave us the perfect advice after he did some research. I highly recommend Resolute Tax Services and will always turn to Brandon when we need help.

After a 3k deposit (upfront) we were told that our tax relief would be a very easy case. 6 years later, we just ended up paying the IRS what was due. Brandon was useless. Save your money and just download the forms yourself. What he basically charges you for is to fill out forms. Who knows what happens afterwards. He never returns calls, and always has an excuse why he cant be reached. He rents a room in Tempe at a law office. He is not a lawyer! Please save your self the headache and find someone who is willing to work for the money you give him.

Brandon and team are absolutely fantastic to work with. My wife and I were dealing with a very tricky IRS issue that Brandon helped devise an approach for. He is very responsive and takes time to understand your specific needs. He also has a deep understanding of the IRS and it's inner workings. This is a huge advantage in dealing with them as he knows what to file/when and who to contact to get the best situation possible. I am deeply grateful for his insight and time in helping us. I highly recommend this team for any IRS issues. They are great!!
