Recently moved and ended my service with Pacific Foreaight. They had to pick up the cellular communicator. They were unable to disable my alarm remotely so it wouldnt incessantly beep after this was removed and said theyd charge me $100 for a service call. I argued with them and said it seemed ridiculous for them to charge me for something that should have been free (since they couldnt do it remotely) especially considering that the system will continuously beep. I ultimately said Id take care of it myself but they still charged me. They have terrible customer service. Grateful that our new house was connected with another monitoring service. Would not recommend.

We have been a customer with Foresight since our home was built in 1996. As a locally owned company they were very responsive until the company was sold. Customer service is awful. on several occasion when the alarm was tripped in error it to several minutes for them to answer and their excuse was they were busy. They have raised rates several time without notification. what started out $25 per month they now are raising it to $55. They bill you 2 months in advance. When we called they said they are raising rates because some day in the future when the phone company changes to fiber the current foresight system wont work, I asked when will that happen and they said we don't know. So you want me to pay you for something that might happen in the future but don't know when. Beware of this company Their pricing is way out of line with current industry offerings

I recently had a whole house alarm system installed in my home in Scottsdale. They use the Honeywell L5210 equipment, which is great. I had a great experience with the operations manager, Joel, who sold me the system in a home visit. They also were able to quickly schedule my installation to replace an old, nonfunctional system. The technician who did the installation was excellent. He listened carefully and made sure to place and run power to the alarm system panels in the way that I wanted, to give the best appearance to my home. I've dealt with other alarm companies in other cities-- Pacific Foresight is one of the best. Note that many of the other reviews on Yelp listed for this company are incorrect-- they don't apply to this company that does security systems.

Have been with them since we bought the house in 2005. Our keypad wore out and we needed a new one. Have had nothing but continual problems for months now. After 16 yrs they required us to sign a new contract to fix keypad and raised our rate to 'include' equipment protection. It is STILL not working correctly after 2 times of them coming out. The glass break in one of the rooms will not allow us to set the alarm to be monitored. Their customer service is terrible and it takes forever for them to come out! Over two weeks every time to get an appt to 'fix' our problem. This next time will be the third time! They told me they would call and make an appt but of course I have not heard from them...not surprised at all. Of course almost 60.00 a month monitoring fee and this is the service we get? And, btw, other than the keypad which are on Amazon for less than 100.00 and the LTE upgrade they had to perform due to 5G, we are using a 16 yrs old system and equipment. And of course, all the while we are NOT being monitored because the system is not working properly. And if you ask for a credit, they push back and argue with you. Go far away from this company. We will definitely be exploring another monitoring company once our year is up! (They wanted us to sign a two-year contract and I told them no)---------------------------------Edit to original review.......Update. Joel did come out and fix the issue. He also did offer credit and we appreciate that. I have his business card and will be contacting him directly if we have any further issues. Wish this would have happened upfront instead of going through 3 months of a non-working system. Thanks Joel for stepping up and correcting things when I could not seem to get anywhere with anyone in the office.

My second and final review for Pacific Foresight Security. Don't do it! I finally had to leave them as they raised their prices without a word, then tried to tack on fees for paying by check, again without a word. Then as I thought I was complete with these folks, they threw me into collections for non-payment of $89. No call, no letter, no nothing after being with them for approximately 8 or 9 years, maybe more.I understand the folks in the office are angry that I fought them on their surprise fees for paying by check, and on them raising their rates without notice. So, this is a good way to get back at me. I hope it feels good!THIS is who they are apparently, which given the misrepresentation by Erica from the get-go, does not surprise me. Go with Smart Security Systems LLC for professionalism, communication, and service. I've been with them for four months and their responsiveness has been impeccable.
