I'd stay here again for a hockey game and nearby food and drinks. Great hotel with great service!

This is one of the nicest Residence Inns we've been to. Parking is a bit high but safe. The staff here was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spotless. Definitely we will be back.

Great hotel located in downtown Tempe has access to the lake front, miles of walking trails on the mountain or along the lake. Busy downtown/ASU campus area offers a myriad of food options (some chains, some appear to be local). Whole Foods and a CVS are within walking distance. Only have three issues: - doesnt allow for pets on the rooftop patio? Why not? If leased and dog friendly? - pillows, one is either really fluffy or the other is a flat pancake (either way I slept great) - coffee: leave it out. Breakfast was good, had some varying options but after being on the road all day (working) would love to get a cup of coffee in the lobby (or tea) but its gone by 10, 11 am (ish) Staff is great and friendly, very kind check in person and offered our dog treats too. Thanks for a great stay. Felt safe around the hotel. Great big room, great view and comfy. Rooms: Spacious room. Complete kitchen Nearby activities: There was the aloha festival the weekend we were there and St Patricks day gets a little rowdy on Mill St. Safety: Felt safe around hotel. You go along Mill St and there are some folks in need. Walkability: Lots do do and very walkable with public transportation nearby. Food & drinks: Breakfast options were great and changed daily
