Graduate Tempe

The hotel is nice if you like the quirky things and out there. If youre a student, definitely a good place for your parents or Boomer grandparents. The location is pretty much on campus of ASU. Rooms are dated, but goes with the quirky POV. It screams Palm Springs. Not the nicest but not the worst. The rooms are clean, but have a weird smell. Definitely would recommend a balcony so you can air it out a little. The views are ok Everything just needs a little bit of care and paint. Walkability: Its right on campus of ASU. Noteworthy details: Definitely a quirky hotel. But thats what they are going for.

Canceled my reservation and cleaned out my room but my keycard still worked. Lost over $300 of my items. Avoid at all cost. No resolution in days!

Pool never closes, and they will allow people to party into the wee hours, even if they keep other guest up all night. Several calls to the front desk explaining that I have to be up at 230am for work. I LOVE THIS HOTEL, but. Loud party with music and yelling at the pool, going on hours now. It's 1am and I have to be up at 230am. Front desk said he'll take care of it. I thought that meant end it. It means asking them to be quiet. He said he's spoken to them 5 times, so someone else is complaining, but they're still out there. He said he was told in his training that it's in their contract that they can be at the pool and party all night if they want to. He can't ask them to leave because the pool DOESN'T CLOSE.
