Comfort Inn & Suites Tempe Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

This was a spur of the moment trip and we had two rooms which we wanted next to each other but they said there was no availability. Our room had a connecting door. The second room was 6 rooms away. Room decor was good but hallways looked dated. Breakfast was good. Rooms: Good finish and clean including bathroom. Good view out of the window. Food & drinks: Good choices and great taste of hot breakfast

Airport in title but not even near PHX airport. Hotel experience sub par while charging $550 for 2 nights! Staff not friendly. Room service entered room without knocking barging in and not apologizing. Free breakfast super basic! Hotel dated and carpets old and moldy. Didnt have ability or space apparently to store luggage for the day at checkout. Probably would avoid this hotel and Choice hotels as a result going forward.

Everything was fine until we checked out at 11am on Saturday, February 17th. Left the hotel and came back within 5 minutes realizing we forgot our THC pen in the hotel room. Front desk gave us a new key to run up and grab it. Sheets were removed, nothing else in room cleaned or touched and only thing missing was that. The gal at front was stuttering saying uhhh we do inventory checks uhhh ummm. And after asking repeatedly for it back, she walked away, grabbed an envelope with our pen in it and said here you go sir. Aka admitting yes we took it and are caught. Straight trash and lack of class. Shocking.
