Wow - as a family with small kids - PICK a DIFFERENT hotel. there is a ranging nightclub with extreme noise next door and doesn't stop until 2 am. Absolutely terrible and they should provide a disclaimer. also, overall the hotel is grungy and certainly not the star rating. i usually don't write reviews, but i want to help someone who is thinking of booking this hotel - as i was pretty excited for it. So glad it was just one night- get me out of this place!

Very nice hotel in Tempe, so close to the airport.
Very convenient Location,clean rooms, lovely neighborhood.
However , the downside of being close to the airport is the noise from the planes. The sound of the planes during the nights is loud, that is why I am giving it 3 stars.

Nearby activities: Many restaurants nearby
Food & drinks: Very nice restaurant in the hotel

I was in town for work and my first time staying this year as a Globalist. I was upgraded to a king deluxe but I think they could have did better. It looked just like the room I originally booked.
I arrived late and was acknowledged my status. The front desk clerk did not explain to me my rate I booked. I booked the batter up rate that gives me a $25 food credit each day. It was late and I just wanted to get to my room so I can get some rest.
The room was spacious and clean. Modern chic type of feel.
Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Parking is limited. If you dont get there early enough, you have to park behind the restaurant or valet.
The courtyard is beautiful.
I did room service one day for breakfast. They didnt credit me the breakfast as a globalist.
Not sure if I would stay here again if I was in the area.
