        The area is nice and there is a lot of stuff nearby. Everything seems clean. Shower was clogged but someone was able to look at it.

        Aparthotel made up of several buildings. The room is of correct size but with very cleanliness that could be improved. The toilet is very old-fashioned with the shower head full of limeThe carpet hasn't been cleaned since we don't even know. We don't even talk about breakfast, ridiculous, scarce and without variety. The service at reception could also be greatly improved. If you have a choice, better go to another hotel. Rooms: cleaning could be improved Food & drinks: Ridiculous breakfast.

        My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. Management is very helpful an kind. Rooms are very spacious. But we did run into several problems. The whole 3 night's we were there, there was no maid services, Floors were sticky, dishes had lots of residue, our room was to far to catch the wifi range, there were no kids movies or channels available. Only 1 out of the 3 tvs in our room worked. Our main problem was being charged an extra 250 cleaning fee over a carpet stain that was there already but since I had 3 children they automatically assumed we did it. Other employees besides the Management were very snappy and rude. Overall I'd give this a 2 star rating and would recommend you look into a more "family" friendly hotel.
