        We were satisfied with our stay. The staff were attentive. Parking was $15 for guests, so please be aware of that.

        I stayed at this hotel 3/14 - 3/17/24 for a soccer tournament. I reserved a room with a king bed and pull up bed for 3 persons. At the check in, the room did not have enough towels for 3 gests. Did not have bed sheets, blanket and pillow for the pull up bed. In addition, the bath sink was completely clogged and was only fixed next day. Our room was not cleaned next day because the plumber was working on the bathroom. Never again! Rooms: At the check in, the room did not have enough towels for 3 gests. Did not have bed sheets, blanket and pillow for the pull up bed. In addition, the bath sink was completely clogged and was only fixed next day.

        Dear Sonesta, I hope you dont think we didnt notice that your drywall repairs and shutdown of pool heater (64 degree swims) occurred in the days just before the NCAA Final Four weekend while we stayed there three nights for an ASU event. And then magically everything was perfect (and the pool heat back to 84 degrees) when the Final Four began when we had a surprise need for one more night. You claimed at the desk that these drawbacks were disclosed in the website. No they werent. Not exactly a reason to give you big stars. Signed, Visitors from Wisconsin. (Update after Sonestas weak response: Lets add to this review that bottled water was randomly offered to some arriving guests and not others; (us, until we noted it) and breakfast nook credits to university visitors were not correctly distributed.)
