        Personnel are rude as hell, I canceled my reservation. As a Marriot Bonvoy Ambassador Elite Level Member, you'd think they would be a little more accommodating. Booked with Hyatt House instead.

        Staff was friendly, room was clean. But man, this property is dated and needs a refresh/remodel pretty bad. Microwave was old and janky, coffee pot looked original to the building, bathtub was cracked and stained, paint peeling here and there. Just a lot rougher than I expect from a Marriott property. Felt more like a Super 8 once you got past the nice lobby.

        Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were clean and very put together. Pool area was nice. Only downside was plumbing. Shower was not draining properly, hardly pressure, and not hot water but only warm.
