        Stood us up after committing to an install date causing us to have to find another contractor and postpone our opening. Would not recommend.

        Our golf course/restaurant used RCI for our restaurant services. One year they charged us alot of money to get our system up to code then our system failed a test a few months after that, and they wanted to charge us double the amount we paid a few months ago. Numerous phone calls were never returned. I would never even reach out to them for information EVER
