WARNING WARNING WARNING BEWARE READ FIRST
They steal from there customers over charge and then hang up on them. They threaten to sue you if you try to cancel your contract. This company is also known for false alarms and late dispatches that cost you money. It’s 150.00 a pop! They charge 700 hundred dollars for a service call. Real life example, I called to have a censor bypassed because I could not tell them the code of the censor that they installed so they sent a tech out. He came and looked at his paper work looked at the censor and typed in my code and bypass zone # and left. I got a 700.00 dollar bill the next week and he said before he left “you could have just did this over the phone and saved the money have a good day”. Even he was rude WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU GET THE CHANCE DROP THEM. THERE ARE A LOT OF GREAT OPTIONS JUST NOT (TYCO) OR (JOHNSON CONTROLS)

If you want to experience the worst possible customer service and tech support possible, use Tyco. When you schedule a work order, you will be given a time they will arrive. When they don't show up and you call for an update, they will tell you they will call you back within the hour with an update - they won't. When you call AGAIN for an update, they will tell you they don't do appointments, only 4 hour time frames, and that the tech will be there before the end of the day. THEN someone will randomly return your call from earlier, talk to someone else in your department, and give them totally different information that the tech will come the NEXT day. You will call back for clarification, but nobody will ever return your call to tell you when to expect the tech. The next day will come, and you will again call for an update. This time they will tell you they don't do 4-hour windows either, and that you can expect the tech at any point in time during a 9-hour window. When you ask how they prioritize service appointments they will tell you first-come-first-served, but you're not first, even though your appointment was actually yesterday. And no, they can't even remotely try to estimate when a tech will arrive.
Also, when a tech does finally show up, there is a 90% chance they will have no idea what they are doing, or how to service your equipment.
