I had an emergency with an infected/abscessed tooth and was able to call at 5:30a and get an appt at 11a that morning. Arriving early because of traveling from Phoenix and using public transit I then called and was able to get in earlier at about 10:30a - who does that? Dr. Goud checked me out and I had to get a root canal and replacement crown. Believing this would be expensive I hesitated knowing my funds were limited. Within a short time Veronica was giving me a couple of pricing options, one at just a little under $800 and the other at just under $2000. My budget allowed for the $800 so I was very grateful for the pricing options. I easly got my prescription filled from the Walmart close by and the pain was gone by high noon. The reason I mention this is because I had not slept through the night believing It would go away and the swelling reduce - it did not. I cannot say enough about how amazing and accommodating this Team is. Thank you Western Dental for the quick and timely way in which you took care of me when it really matters most.
