When I went to get my teeth cleaned I told the girl who took me to the back that I just wanted a simple teeth cleaning and nothing else. When the hygienist came in he started doing all kinds of work and I was trying to tell him NO!!! a simple cleaning but he continued on. When I went to pay I was very upset as my insurance did not cover that type of cleaning and it cost me $148.00. When I called a few days later to see of the if they reversed the charges the person I talked to was EXTREMELY RUDE !!! and I got nowhere. I will never go to this location again. The only good one is on Signal Butte.

I had my four month checkup with Hygienist Monica at the office in Tempe yesterday. She is outstanding! Front office staff is wonderful also.
