I was lied to by the Fulton realtor time and time again. The main lie was no multilevel homes in the middle of our subdivision. On their website loft homes are considered multilevel. I specifically told the two realtors I did not want to be next door to a multilevel house. I was told there would not be a two story house next door. After purchase, they built a multilevel (loft) house next door that has windows that look directly down into my bedroom, bathroom, office, dining room, great room and back yard! We built a brand-new home, in 2020, and Fulton was fun to work with (at the beginning).  We had plumbing issues, about 6 months after moving in, and the subcontracted plumbing company came out to address... Apparently, the plumbing company slapped a "Band-Aid" on the issue, and it reappeared 6 months later.  Fulton is now saying they will not be able to do anything as the contracted plumbers do not warranty their work.  Keep in mind this is about a $5 part on a 4-bedroom house.

save your money!!!!! If you do decide on building a home with Fulton homes make sure you can afford it. We were planning to sell our home and then buy our dream home for our growing family then the market went way down and now we cant afford to purchase because our house sold for way less then what we expected. Now we are out 30k of our life savings basically. Its a risk we thought would benefit us. I thought maybe Fulton homes would work with us since the market kinda crashed but now. they just keep raising their prices while everyone else drops them. They basically stopped building in the neighborhood that we bought in so we did not want to live in construction for years. Juat horrible and very stressful experience. learning lesson to never purchase a Fulton home ever in my life!!!!!!!!!! 30k is all they will get from me. Bye Felicia.

Fulton homes is UNPROFESSIONAL and poor quality construction. They have lemon laws for automobiles and they should have them for new homebuilders. Fulton homes is not building the quality home they advertise. Our certified energy home had zero insulation upstairs, they drywalled with no insulation, R0. The ROC did nothing to correct visible missing zero insulation. My son has heat rashes sleeping in his bedroom with no insulation and 120 degree record breaking heat. No one at Fulton homes cared, no one. We also have supply ducts next to return registers, the cool air is immediately drawn back in so the air quality is poor and my electrical bill is higher than my 20 year old house was. The air conditioning unit is not located like the model home...instead mine is outside my master bedroom wall and the shower wall vibrates and you can't have a quiet bath with the loud buzzing noise They are the most dishonest and unprofessional people I ever had the displeasure of dealing with...and the ROC is biased too.

Poor work quality, and extremely poor customer service. We got keys to our new construction home in May 2022. During the final walkthrough, we discovered flooring was not done to what we got from the design center. Fulton admitted the mistake, and agreed to fix it. 2 months later, they reinstalled the flooring, but the quality was extremely poor. The cuts were horrible, grout was covering the penny rounds, there were air bubbles in the grout, they didn't float the penny rounds so it was uneven with the rest of the tiles, and they even misaligned the penny round sheets, so there were giant gaps between them. The installer they sent was a total amateur, and worst of it all was there was no quality control from Fulton after the job was done. I had to keep calling Fulton to come look at the job before they finally came. They eventually admitted it was poor work quality and agreed to reinstall the penny rounds again. 2 months later, they sent an installer, and the installer said the work order was wrong, so he couldn't do anything. Another 2 months goes by, they sent another installer.... But it was the same amateur who butchered the job last time! I refused to have this guy do my floor again. Another few weeks goes by, they sent another installer who says he couldn't do the job. Now it's the end of December, the job is still not fixed, I have a giant hole in the middle of my house, and there is 0 urgency from Fulton. Do not buy a Fulton Home, I am definitely not proud to own.
