        I came into the store to return my home Internet. Had no issues with it, just no longer needed. My bill was all kinds of messed up from previous phone lines being transferred off of my account. Emanuel helped me out so much. I wish more people were like him inside the store. He took care of all my needs and I decided to upgrade as well to the new iPhone. Thanks for an awesome experience. This will be my store moving forward!

        Customer service was bad as they don't believe you. Also some of the "kids" are very unprofessional and they should be trained in customer service...Also if your a prepaid customer,rather than postpaid you get treated like s.....t Won't be coming here again and will not recommend this particular location either.

        After my daughter accidentally destroyed her phone via water damage I took the phone in to file a damage report Emmanuel helped me with the paper work in just a short few minutes and I had a new replacement phone the next day. I can't express my thanks enough to Emmanuel for all his help
