Got a jeep renegade on the 12/7/23, been having issues with it and this place won't get back to me to fix the problem. At this point I'm at don't trust chevy or there sales people lima or Travis I believe the names are. (New Update review 2/23/24) had to do an oil change already I feel that should have been done before I got the vehicle and on top of everything else there is almost $900 worth of work that should have been checked before the vehicle was sold since one issue is an active recall and that was not discussed with me when i made the purchase. the 2 other items your supposed to do at a certain mileage and it was never done. Why was this vehicle sold and released into my possession before this stuff got checked and fixed.

My experience from scheduling my appointment to transportation was 5 stars! My service advisor Sheryl was extremely helpful, courteous and TRUTHFUL. Ive had many bad experiences with dealerships being deceitful and making you pay for things (service) thats unnecessary. Sheryl was honest and very professional. I will continue to do business with Chapman service and Sheryl should be commended for her customer service.

Very friendly and all the staff was so nice and friendly.Lima and the manger Duane and the whole staffs did that. they help me got my first car it was easy and smooth and quick i recommend anyone to go to this car dealership they will help yall out

I would Highly recommend Chapman Chevy and especially Joe Gonzalez, I have a Chevy Volt and I live in Tucson, felt like I was being taken advantage of in Tucson by Technicians down here, I had it towed to Chapman Chevy and Joe got it running at a third of the cost they quotes me in Tucson. Appreciate everything and would recommend if you have a Hybrid, come and see Joe. Great Guy.
