Tom Berra was fired giving away freebies and now Tempe Auto House cannot honor the deal we made when we purchased a car from them. I was supposed to have 2 free oil changes and 1 free tank refill. I went there the first time to get my tank refilled, and no one told me their employees couldn't do that. I wouldn't have called them to notify them of my arrival if i knew that beforehand. If they knew that was promised to me, it should have been added to my contract. Never doing business with them again, nor will I be recommending anyone to this place. Side note: I recently got insurance on my car, and I found out there was a recall for my cars specific passenger airbags. We had no idea, and the recall started in December of last year ( a short while before we actually bought the car) and we were not notified, and I feel we should have gotten a call from someone. We wouldn't have known about this until it was too late.

If I could I would leave zero stars. Avoid this place at all costs. They took my five grand and put me in a vehicle that ended up on their shop a week later for four months. They even admitted to no inspection done. Now Im in an unsafe car that has stalled in intersections and I fear for my life every day. The salesman we were dealing with quit leaving us to the manager Scott who never returned a single phone call. Now my life is dedicated to spending every last penny to lawyer up so myself and daughter dont die in an unsafe vehicle.
