    This branch is one of the best banks Ive ever opened an account with. The location is convenient to me . Jocelyn and Amy are amazing to work with ! I appreciate the time spent and the remote app technology used to teach me about and how to navigating the app with Joyclen . I was able to open my account seamlessly and quickly to process my car payment. Thank you ladies for assisting my niece and I. My niece opened her first student bank account with Amy .

    I am not reviewing US Bank, just this particular branch location. I have been here several times with various friends that had accounts here.There is plenty of parking all around the location. Lines have always been short. Tellers have always been friendly.

    this bank closed my account with a large amount of money. it was a nightmare to receive my funds, i was nearly evicted and practically lost everything because of this bank. they didn't send me my money for months. the manager doesn't know anything if you have ANY urgent matters they give you the customer service number and practically tell you good luck. DO NOT BANK HERE

    Horrible customer service there is a gentleman who is the manager is very rude very disrespectful. If you dont like your job you should quit you are in a customer service job the customer is always right if I had a deposit that needs to be made it shouldnt have to be in a dropbox you should do it immediately. I have a company that I need deposits done on a daily basis turned in my deposits on Friday early afternoon, Monday morning comes and my deposits still are not done I asked why they were not done and he did not have a reason I asked for them back and said I will go to different bank and he basically shoved them back at me.

    First off the 3 star ratting this location does indeed earn that low satisfaction rate. So let me share my horrendous experience. So I have been going to cash my company checks here frow about 4 months no issues to speak of every female employee waves the 7 dollar fee to cash my checks. Per her ( Jocelyn ocegura Cruz) it the tellers discretion to charge the fee or not. She has never charged me. However on 9/14/22 went in to cash a check a male ( Cory sanders) said if I don't agree with paying that threw him he would refuse to cash my check I reluctantly agreed asked for his card. I said I feel like it's discrimination if the female employee never charged me ( her discretion) why would a male charge me?? I got his card called corporate and they did indeed agree the situation was misshandled. So today 9/28/22 I go to cash my check Cory sander seen me tried to talk to me I simply said I will deal with another teller he knew I did a complaint on him 2 weeks prior. After politely telling him we don't need to talk he walked from around the counter to meet me in the waiting area again I politely declined to deal with him. He advised me he would cash my check for a fee. I said ok but I will need to call corporate again on his retaliatory actions and attitude cause my complaint on him in the weeks prior. Talked to corporate while waiting they said talk to a different teller. I did so and she said she refuses to cash my check due to the fact I said I feel it's discrimination for a female to wave the fee yet the male wants to charge??? So based on how I said I feel??? If I said I feel happy could she refuse service if I said I feel sad could she refuse service? My feeling should not effect her ability to do the job she is hired to do. I am taking this higher up will contact Ryan hale the district manager I have the interaction on video (cell phone) if I do not get a written apology from both employees and able to cash my company checks I will seek a attorney. I feel this is discrimination and a retaliatory act due to my first corporate complaint. If Cory's sexual preferences are men and is upset I did not go for his advances twords me and then want to charge me cause I am straight he needs to seek counseling for rejection issues he may have. If you want to go to a bank and receive service based on how that teller is feeling that day and not in a professional manner this is the spot for you. My advice find a different bank. Was never even offered to open a account to avoid the fee...... Really what a disappointment. UPDATE. After speaking to Ryan hale the district manager it is clear to me that the compy practice of arrogance and disrespect starts at the top . Ryan informed me after his "investigation" he finds his teamed of degenerates did nothing wrong. I said that is fine no biggie that what I thought would happen. When I told Ryan I was going to post the interaction between the teller and I on the internet he informed me that was illegal and he would take legal action for that????? Now last time I checked it is not . There are no signs posted in nor out of the bank stating no video recording furthermore it's not illegal or against any law. In fact it's another clear-cut case of this company trying to violate not only my constitutional rights but discriminate in the process of doing so when they say they're going to be exposed for all the public to see. So Ryan please have your legal department contact me and what state statue am I violating by not only video recording in your bank the horrendous experience and discrimination that I experienced but the law that I am breaking by doing so. I asked for a written apology Ryan and his team did not think that was warranted now I am taking legal action that doesn't cost me a dime but it will cost them money and attorney's fees and time when that's all they had to do was write a apology letter. Ignorance of the law and laws should not be an excuse for your guys's behavior. Needless to say the branch by my house cashes my checks with no fee as well.
