        This place is really a joke!!! I walked into another flood in my apartment. 4th one in 7 months. The person working in the office was useless. He was not able to do anything for me. He stated that there was nothing he could do. This is one of the main issue with this over price place. There's no sense of urgency to help the tenants. They have an emergency line that is worthless. It's been 3 hours and no one has contacted me. I have no use of my bathrooms. I have additional items soaked by this standing filthy Seward water and they wont take responsibility for. This place does not have the manpower to maintain the property accordingly. This place is like having slumlords. They just do a quick patch for appearance and before you know it.... everything falls apart.
