John was great. He was very communicative and very prompt with requesting emails and documents for the purchase of our first home. Also helped us obtain home insurance via a person he knew through statefarm after our own insurance provider wasnt working out that ended up being more affordable and better coverage! John has been an all-star since day 1. Very candid on what the overall costs and benefits of many multitudes of loan options would be based on our down payment, income, credit, etc We found him through referral, but he has been in our corner throughout the whole process. Highly recommend him as you navigate the loan process.

Proactive Home Loans is a godsend! My broker, John Bradley, did an AMAZING job in assisting my fiance and I with the purchase of our first home. As first time homebuyers, trust goes a long way when there are so many factors that you question, so many uneasy feelings with not completely being familiar with the process and a ton of sensitive details that cannot be overlooked but with John by our side, the comfort of the journey to purchase was greatly fulfilled and it made for an extremely smooth and successful process.
