Beautiful gated community with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet but comfortable and diverse. People have been kind and welcoming much like the office staff, would highly recommend.

Don't waste your time or.money on this place. As many people have already mentioned, cars get broken into here, including mine. The management doesn't enforce any restrictions on dogs (even though their lease outlines restrictions), they also don't enforce people picking up after their pets and there's dog waste EVERYWHERE. This not only disgusting, but can spread diseases to you and your pet. When walking my dog I was chased 5 separate times by off leash/out of control dogs. I still have panic and anxiety when I take my dog for a walk. My downstairs neighbor was attacked by a dog that jumped through the window screen while he was walking his dogs. I thought many times, why am I paying over $2,000 a month to live in fear and surrounded by literally dog waste. I made the mistake of putting down the full refundable deposit which they took almost every dollar of. They charged me to replace the carpet --that had no visible damage or stains-- because they said their were stains on that "underside of the carpet." Not only that, they charged me to re-carpet both rooms "so they wear evenly" and for the remaining life of the carpet which they claim is 60 months. I've seen several apartments get re-carpeted upon move out so I'm assuming they pull that stunt with everyone. In the 16 years I've been renting apartments, NEVER in my life have I even heard of an apartment complex 1) recarpet for "stains on the back side" and 2) charge for "the lifetime" of a carpet. Absolute insanity. Apartment complexes go up on every corner in Arizona, trust me when I say, you can find as nice of an apartment (for possibly cheaper) and with more to offer and avoid this catastrophe.

Wanted to update this review. I have loved my time here and feel the complex is well maintained. However, now that we are required to book appointments to speak to someone within the leasing office, this has already proven to be a pain. Weve had an ongoing maintenance request that is going on over a week of no movement or follow up. Just a little disappointing. Outside of this, as long as you dont need the front office or maintenance team, all is good. Wanted to shoutout Santiago, the maintenance manager here, who has been so helpful with some recent requests weve submitted. While we still have issues with the apartment, he let me know they are doing their best to catch up. Thank you Santiago!

Please dont move here. First week I moved in, my car got hit in the parking lot. Two months in, my medical package got stolen from my door. My gate key doesnt work although Ive gone to the office multiple times. Homeless people wander through the neighborhood at night. Really unsafe!!
