I have scheduled an appointment with the owner of the business, Adian Martin, and he didn't show up. Ever since he is ignoring my emails, never called or emailed me to apologize, never explained himself. He wasted my time and money, irresponsible owner = irresponsible business. Find someone else to hire

This company provides a fantastiv service, i purchased my ac from them. From the sales to the install the work went seamlessly. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

When I sold my home, I needed to have the air conditioner serviced. The realty company gave me 3 HVAC names; I called Infinity. We scheduled a date a week out but I was called the day of, saying the tech scheduled was sick. There was no one else available. We rescheduled. I was then called (again on the scheduled day) to be told they don't service my zip code! The First thing I ask contractors is 'Do you come to ----?' When they take my information, my zip code is Always included with my address. Do they not know where they are allowed to go? Is there no one 'in charge' to make appointments or answer questions? Do service companies not realize that potential customers (usually) need to make arrangements/take time from work so these companies can come out?? Fortunately, I did have AC but just needed updated servicing for the new buyers. Typical case of 'the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.' And yes, I called someone else.

One of our AC units failed in July. Called around to a number of companies for help: I remembered Infinity from a mailer and added them to my list. Of all the vendors, they were quickest to respond and offered reasonable pricing. They also kept their promises and offered fast service. In the end, we needed to replace a 15+ year old 12 seer system. Within days, Infinity was able to schedule and install a new, better Trane unit. I believe the price was pretty reasonable PLUS they also included the aeroseal of our two house units (which should help efficiency even more!). I also appreciate they didn't nickel and dime us on a broken capacitor on a third unit (yes, we had AC problems this summer!). The owners/partners seem to be hard working, knowledgeable and honest. Recommended. Thank you! January 2017 Update: Removed one star - the promised duct rebates still have not arrived. Stay tuned for further updates. March 2017 Update: The duct rebates arrived later in January - thank you. It was just something that was a hassle to keep chasing. Next, I'm going to check out their maintenance service (we had 2-years for all units included in the deal).
