AHR Mechanical Services

Contracted AHR to repair a piece of refrigeration. AHR charged us well over the value of the equipment and still is not repaired or functioning. Faulty part was replaced by AHR and has failed again less than 90 days later. AHR takes no responsibility for their work or repairs. Company is still trying to bill for work not completed. Entire process has taken an unacceptable amount of time for a business. It really seems this company and their administration has no idea what their doing other than collecting bills. Every time our company calls and ask to explain why we are being billed the extremely rude office staff cannot provide any information. Our company has been swindled for over $4,000.00. We would like a refund or our piece of equipment replaced

From 5 star to 1 2023. The old man retired some time ago and the son took over. After several years of problems from billing to the work done/not done, I had to go elsewhere. They fixed what was not done/charges for but I had to figure it out on my own or I just would have been charged twice for the same thing. I cannot climb up on the roof and watch if they are doing what they say or not, so I quit using them (a few years ago. I just saw this five star review and couldnt leave it up. I have no idea if they fixed their problems or not. Its too bad, because for many years there was a stellar relationship there. There is NOTHING like an established, honest, technically competent family owned company for me! From (over 10 years ado) initial service to today (twice a year check ups and filter changes) this company has been nothing but exemplary in service and ethics. I am not hesitant to recommend them to friends, family and neighbors for purchase, replacement or routine service on your AC/heating units.
