        the gate guard Mike at Troon Windy Walk is absolutely unhinged went on a power trip yelled at me and my griefing customer who just lost her mother. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY no accountability.

        I spoofed up my cameras when I replaced my router. Came out and fixed my system and along with installed another camera. Professional and great to work with.

        Horrible service left my home a mess and never has responded to any of the request for service. Wish i never went with them. They charged me $10000 for an intercom system that doesnt even work. And they only installed 4 of the 8 locations. And they wont refund any of the extra money... Complaining to the ROC and BBB.
