Smart Tech Security installed a Ring Camera and Doorbell system and the solar panels that keep the batteries charged. They also synced my phone with the installed system and taught me how to use the Ring App. I'm very happy I paid to have the system properly installed. I got what I paid for! After the installation appointment was made, they texted me to remind me of the appointment, and kept me apprised of their arrival time. Very prompt.

I am thrilled with Nick and his company! They really went above and beyond for my mom. She was having issues with an attempted break in. Nick went and installed everything as quickly as possible but the cameras were delayed due to shipping issues so he bought another camera for us and installed for free. We ended up needing a faster internet speed and he came out and switched the cameras over as well. My mom was hearing odd noises from the roof and due to prior issues was concerned. He went up on the roof and took a look and was able to tell us what was happening. I've never had a security company do anything close to this level of service. Hands down the only security company I'd go with now.

I needed someone to install a security system. I found Smart Tech Security on Home Advisor. I left a message and Nick responded within a few minutes. He made an appt. to meet with me just a couple of hours later, on a Sunday. He was the 4th company I had out to give me an estimate. He knew exactly what I needed done and gave me a competitive bid on the spot. I gave him a deposit, and we set up the project to be completed in just a few days. He kept in contact and emailed the info I requested. His crew arrived at yhe prescribed time ready to get to work. They came with PPE, as per my request. Their crew Chief, Levi, was also very knowledgeable and checked out what needed to be done. I had to add additional work while they were here. They were able to complete everything in a timely and professional manner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMART TECH SECURITY, if your looking for a quality, professional company to handle your security project.

Thank you Nick for fixing my home alarm system! We thought we were going to have to replace our old alarm system until Nick came out and fixed the problem! He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. Our alarm system was fixed in no time, and we will sleep securely tonight!
