Mike Gabriel the service manager here at NIRVC assisted my wife and I today with 2 issues we had with our RV. He was so very courteous and attentive with helping us, I felt I had to write this review to express how amazing Mike is and how much we appreciate him along with the entire NIRVC staff. We are repeat customers and only bring our RV here. Such exceptional service we refer all our rv friends here. Thank you Mike

Logan Joy was very easy to work with in the purchase of our 2022 Galleria 24QLi34X4. This is our first RV purchase. Logan and NIRVC made the process very easy. We have much to learn but the start has been very smooth thanks to Logan and the NIRVC team.

If I could give zero stars, I would! While in our travels, had some issues with our MH and called NIRVC Service Dept 2x to see if they could get us in and see if they could help us. Both times I got transferred to their Service Dept, I had to leave a message. To date, with two messages left I've never heard back from them. I must say their customer service has a lot to be desired!
