        Don't bother!! Over a year wait for a manufactured home and the gal was less than helpful. Big bada bummer!!!

        My fiancé and I have been looking at Manufactured homes for weeks. We decided on Cavco as a builder we wanted to go to do to the gorgeous number 10 model that they had for viewing at the park. I walked in this morning 07/27/2021 at 9:13AM to try to set an appointment with a realtor to get more information on how to get the ball rolling on buying a home from them. I had walked in and spoken with an elderly man and informed him I was about two years out from wanting to move into my home. He immediately stomped on my dreams. HE LAUGHED AT ME. He informed me that it took two years just to build the house, which blows my mind when build times for actual neighborhoods six months!! He then told me I was pretty much wasting my time. And I went to leave and he then threw at me Well we can start today, we just need 1000$ It felt so scammy and scary. And so not something I wanted to experience as a first time home buyer. It was rude, mean, and unprofessional.
