Char handled the sale of our old home and the purchase of our current home. She handled everything very professionally and somehow managed to put together both deals in a timely manner that allowed us to have very little overlap between the two deals and was also able to get us good and fair value for both transactions. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market in our development and works very hard to make sure her clients receive great service.
