        Went into Rio Cafe today and saw a bearded man in the kitchen making food he had no protection net on. I cant imagine ordering food & finding hair in my food. Disgusting!! I Walked Out ! No Ty

        Cafe Rio, we really enjoy your food, but for the love, PLEASE COOK YOUR RICE LONGER. We come here at least once a month and the rice is always very underdone.

        Went in for take out, but left and went elsewhere. Food quality looked terrible. It was 8pm, they didnt close until 10, and all they had for meat was shredded chicken because they stop grilling meats before 8 for some reason. Customer service was very lacking. No one looked like they enjoyed or appreciated their job.

        This was my first and last time to visit the restaurant . The beef was horrible, they give you 4 pieces of meat. They charge extra for basically everything. The employees seem like they are being forced to work there. Not worth it at all.
